Mission Statement

The Big Bend Contemporary is a gallery dedicated to showcasing the best and newest contemporary artworks from Master of Fine Arts students at Florida State University. An important component of the MFA program, it provides exhibition experience to the graduate students as well as a regular public face to visual arts at the university.

Exhibitions

A new exhibition by MFA students opens every month on First Fridays. Additional special-engagement exhibitions occur during the month. Please check our calendar regularly to see updates on the exhibiting artists.
